IND Vs AUS: The Australian batsmen have not been able to perform as expected in the Test series being played between India and Australia. Former veteran bowler Glenn McGrath has expressed disappointment over the Australian team’s game. McGraw has advised Australian batsmen to take lessons from Shubman Gila, Ajinkya Rahane and Jadeja.
McGraw believes Australian batsmen are scared. McGraw said, “Like most Indians, I am of the opinion that the bowlers bowled the mindset of the Australian batsmen. As I said earlier, the Australian batsmen were a bit scared. “
Praised Indian batsmen
McGraw further said, “They were focusing on saving runs and keeping their wickets instead of dominating the bowlers. When you come to know that the batsman is struggling to stay on the pitch, it gives the bowler a little chance and then it does not take long for the batsman to get out. ”
McGraw has praised the Indian batsmen. He said, “I think the way Rahane batted, Gill batted, Rishabh Pant, Jadeja batted, these players showed how to bat.”
McGraw praised the Indian bowlers and described himself as a big fan of Jaspreet Bumrah. He said, “You can’t take credit from Indian bowlers. The way Jasprit Bumrah has bowled in the series is fantastic. I am a big fan of Bumrah. I talked to him on a few occasions and I like the way he thinks and implements it. “
